Registering with MAS is easy!

Simply fill out the information requested by USVISAMEX and click submit once after you make your payment via PayPal to USVISAMEX and agree to our Terms & Conditions.  

It is VERY important that you understand our policy on cancellations and refunds prior to completing any payment and/or registration.

You will be  contacted via email within 3 business days to confirm that you have been added to our USVISAMEX Client Registration/ Transportation list(s).  This email will contain valuable information regarding the area, visa stamping process, and contact numbers that may be required during your stamping process.

Contact USVISAMEX if you do not receive this after 3 business days.

People who have been arrested or convicted of any crimes in the U.S. will more than likely face a delay in getting the U.S. visa stamped even if it has been cleared by the law enforcement agency.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES/PAYMENTS


EVERY payment for the USVISAMEX Transportation and/or I 94 Escort Service that is received by USVISAMEX for the San Diego Area/ U.S. Consulate in Tijuana includes a $100.00 non-refundable deposit per adult applicant and $25.00 non-refundable deposit per child dependent. 

HOW TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH USVISAMEX:

NO REFUND ISSUED:

You can reschedule your appointment with USVISAMEX at any time within 1 year from the date of the initial appointment and pay no additional fees for transportation if no remaining balance (initial payment amount - deposit = remaining balance) refund was issued.  Full payment will be required once again if rescheduling your appointment after 1 year from the date of the initial visa appointment or if a partial refund was issued.

HOW TO CANCEL SERVICE WITH USVISAMEX:

If you need to cancel your ASC/USC appointment(s), please notify USVISAMEX via email within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from your scheduled ASC appointment date entered with the USVISAMEX Client Registration for Tijuana to receive a partial refund (initial payment to MAS minus the non-refundable deposit as stated above).

PARTIAL REFUND ISSUED:


You will lose your credit for the USVISAMEX non-refundable deposit unless otherwise stated by USVISAMEX in writing. 

You must pay the full and current USVISAMEX rate once again if you choose to receive your partial refund and reschedule your ASC/USC appointment dates unless otherwise stated by USVISAMEX in writing.
