US Visa Application Fee Service Request Form

All U.S. Visa Application Fees will be processed by USVISAPAY.  USVISAMEX will continue to offer hotel/transportation services for Tijuana, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo, and Monterrey.

Please fill out the information on the online request form below.  We will send you an online invoice to cover the costs involved and complete the payment on your behalf. 

Your payment to USVISAPAY includes the US visa fee, USVISAMEX service fee and 3% payment processing fee (if applicable).  Total amounts will vary depending on the current rate of exchange from dollars to pesos.  Please contact us directly for service fee amounts.  You will receive an online invoice to the email address you list below to cover all fees associated with prepaying your US visa fee on your behalf at the bank in Mexico.

 

USVISAMEX Service Fee Includes:

- Border Crossing Tolls

- Fuel

- Time

- Travel Support - Phone / Email support for hotels, transportation, restaurants, and emergency assistance while in Mexico regardless of the location you visit for stamping. 

 

All US Visa fees payments received by 7:30 A.M. CST will be processed on that same business day excluding Mexican Bank Holidays.

Payment Calculation

 

US Visa Fee + Service Fee + 3% Processing Fee (if applicable)

 

We pride ourselves in operating in the most transparent manner possible to ensure a long and lasting relationship with our clients! 


US Visa Application Fee

  • The total amount is calculated based on the exact amount of your US visa fee (MXN Pesos) and the current rate of exchange.

 

USVM Service Fee

  • $50.00 for the first applicant + $10.00 each additional on same PDF

 

3% Payment Processing Fee

  • We will add a 3% credit card payment processing fee when paying via PayPal.

 

You MUST pay this fee prior to the expiration date found on the PDF.  Failure to do so will result in you having to sign on to the reservation system and generate a new version of the instruction page.

 

You will receive an automated email once your funds are confirmed in the US Consulate account.  This can take up to two business days. 

 

CSRA collects Visa Fees on behalf of U.S. Department of State.  This visa application fee is valid for one year from the payment date and may be used for U.S. visa applications in Mexico ONLY.  MRV fee payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You will receive an online invoice to this email address once we begin your processing.  The amount of the invoice will include the US Visa Fee based on the current rate of exchange, USVM Service Fee, and 3% Payment Processing Fee. 

We will make the deposit at the bank on the following business day excluding Mexican Bank Holidays.

We will email you a scanned image of the receipt to this email address within 2 business days of completing the payment at the bank.  

Keep this copy of your payment receipt as confirmation of your payment.

You MUST agree to the NON-REFUNDABLE payment terms prior to making your payment with USVISAMEX.  US Department of State will NOT refund any portion of the US Visa Fee(s).

We have different service time categories to distinguish who needs it paid right away and those who don't.  This information helps us make arrangements.  Please select the one that suits you best.
Urgent!  -  Please be ready to pay ASAP.  We will send you an online invoice as soon as possible.  There is no guarantee that it will be paid immediately, but we will make all the effort time/traffic permitting.  Additional fee of $20.00 may be incurred, if absolutely necessary.

Same Day  -  Please complete Steps 1 & 2 by 7 A.M. CST on the day you need this paid.  You will receive an online invoice no later than 8:00 A.M. CST and you will need to pay within 20 minutes, otherwise, it will be processed on the following business day.  We make all the effort, but we cannot guarantee the service on the same day if you're late.
Please Note:  By selecting this, we may call at various times during the day/night if necessary.  We are in CST.
Next Business Day  -  Please complete Steps 1 & 2 the evening before you need this paid, 9 P.M. CST.  We will send you an online invoice via PayPal by 11 P.M.  Please pay by 7 A.M. CST to have it processed.
