You must generate the MRV Payment Instructions once you begin and/or once you complete filling the DS-160 application in order to have the U.S. visa application fee paid at the bank in Mexico. USVISAMEX/USVISAPAY can assist you in paying this at the US visa application fee at the bank in Mexico on your behalf.
How do I generate the MRV Payment Instructions (PDF/PIN)?

Pay by Cash:
1. Create a user account on USVISA-INFO.COM. Login to the webiste using the applicant's passport number, date-of-birth, and country of citizenship. Add applicant information to complete the registration.
2. Continue with the flow of the website until you arrive at the Payment page. Follow the instructions online to select applicant's trip purpose, preferred consulate to schedule an appointment, and other pertinent details related to the visa application.
3. Select Pay by Cash. Click on the "PDF" link next to the "MRV Fee Receipt Number" box. Print the electronically generated deposit slip for each applicant. Complete the relevant information. take the deposit slip(s) to either Banamex or Scotiabank and make the payment. You will be provided with options to either make a payment or to confirm the payment has already been made by entering "MRV Fee Receipt Number".
4. Download, print, and follow the Cash payment instruction sheet.
5. Wait at least one business day from the time you deposited the payment before you can use it to schedule an appointment.
6. Return to the usvisa-info.com website and enter the "MRV Fee Receipt Number" when asked to provide it. That number is separate for each applicant and is located at the top of the deposit slip.
